3- Rub the potato with organic oil like olive oil, sesame oil, etc.

4- Put some cuts on the potato with the help of a knife or a fork.

5- After 20 minutes, place the potato in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

6- Check the potato with a knife or toothpick whether it’s cooked or not.

Bake in a stewpot 

In case if you don’t have an oven no need to worry about it. I have an alternate solution for you.

1- wash the potatoes.

2- place some heavy stones in the stewpot and cover it with a lid on a medium flame for 30 minutes. This process will work as a pre-heat oven.

3- rub the potatoes with oil. Placed a stand in a stewpot and put the potato in a baking tray on it. 

4- cover the pot with a lid and leave it for 40 mins. 

5- check the potatoes from time to time with a knife or fork.

Health benefits of baked potato

Following are the benefits of using a baked potato.

1- potato is rich in fiber and can help in the digestion of food fastly. Those who are suffering from bowel problems can use potatoes in their daily hygiene.

2- Baked potato has all its vitamins preserved in it. So, it is good for patients suffering from obesity, and it also prevents obesity.

3- potatoes used with excessive oil lead to health-related problems. One of them is heart disease. But baked potatoes can normalize the heart rate and reduce the risk of getting heart problems.
