Preheat the grill until it is ready for cooking. Choosing your butter, you could use regular butter or one of the recommended low-fat butter.

Once the lobster meat is removed from the tail shell, you will need to brush it with your choice of butter. Next, put the meat on the grill. Grill it over medium heat for 4 minutes without any cover. Brush it one more time with the butter mixture and continue grilling for another 4 or 5 minutes. Within this time, the meat should turn opaque, indicating that it is being cooked.

6 lobster tails

3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika

3/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Leaves of 3 sprigs of rosemary

Leaves of 15 sprigs of thyme

1 cup of rapeseed oil

Pinch of salt

12 ten-inch wooden skewers

Preparation to cook lobster tail

Cook the lobster tails for 4 minutes and then let cool. Once you have separated the meat from the shell, you need to cut it in half.

Use a deep vessel to mix the rosemary, thyme, paprika, cumin, garlic, oil, and salt, into a thick paste.

Use the skewers to pierce the lobster meat. If the skewers are wooden, soak them in water for half an hour before this process.

Generously coat the meat skewers with the marinade and then refrigerate it for 15 minutes.

Preheat the grill until it is ready for cooking. Place the skewers on top, for about 4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

2 lobster tails

2-3 spring onions

a handful of cheese

a handful of breadcrumbs

25 g butter

1 tablespoon flour

2 teaspoons mustard powder

liters of milk

a dash of brandy

Preparation

Cook the lobster tails until cooked. The rule of thumb to follow while cooking lobster is 7 minutes for the first pound and 3 more minutes for each pound after that. Separate them from the tail shell.

Finely chop the spring onions and soak in 25 grams of butter. Add a tablespoon of flour and mix it into a paste. Add two tablespoons of mustard powder, half a liter of milk, and a dash of brandy. Continue mixing until you have a smooth sauce with no lumps.

Heat the sauce until a little thick. If it gets too thick, you can use some heavy cream to thin it out.

Add the minced lobster meat to the sauce while it is still heating. After mixing gently, place the lobster meat and sauce back in the bowl. Cover each serving with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Now put the filled bowls under a heated grill until it turns a nice golden brown. However, this ambrosial preparation is now ready to be served.
